Hilltop's 4th graders recently learned what life was like for Lenape people before Europeans arrived. They researched an item of importance to Lenape life, made models of these items and wrote essays comparing and contrasting them to items used today. #mendhamborosd #lionspride

Hilltop was treated to a cultural arts assembly featuring music and art from Kinobe. This HSA sponsored event highlighted Ugandan culture, as all instruments were handmade by Kinobe. Artwork painted by drummer Sewanyana Denis adorned the stage. #lionspride #mendhamborosd

Chef Darnell, from Pomptonian, visited Hilltop to show how pasta is made. Throughout the lunch periods, students were able to watch the pasta being made and ask questions about the process. And of course there was fresh pasta for lunch! #lionspride #mendhamborosd
