Drop off for fifth and sixth grade students occurs at the circle in the back of the school.

• 5th graders wait outside the 400 corridor doors until the 8:25 bell

• 6th graders wait outside the Art room doors until the 8:25 bell

Drop off for seventh and eighth grade students occurs at the circle in the front of the school.

• 7th graders wait outside the 100 corridor doors until the 8:25 bell

• 8th graders wait outside the 200 corridor doors until the 8:25 bell

In the event of inclement weather, students will be permitted entry at 8:15 AM via their regular entryways.

The staff parking lots are not to be used for drop off.

Students should not arrive to school before 8:25 unless they have a purpose:

• Extra help from teachers

• Extra-curricular club meeting

• Lions' Den

Students who desire to use the Lions' Den (or have other purposes) should arrive through the front doors before 8:15 and sign in on the computer in the front lobby. Students must then proceed directly to their appointment; they may not use their locker prior to 8:25 AM.

At dismissal all students not walking or riding their bikes must be picked up on an adjacent street (such as Dean Rd.).

Pick up in the front circle is not permitted at dismissal. 

The staff parking lots are not to be used for pick up.

Please note that Mendham Borough has recently adopted an ordinance designating Orchard Street as Permit Resident Parking Only.

Cars and vehicles are not permitted to park or idle in the drop-off/Pickup circles at any time.

Vehicles violating this regulation may be subject to a municipal fine.
