With work beginning in June 2017, the library area at Mountain View Middle School underwent an incredible transformation throughout the 2017/2018 school year to become a state-of-the-art Media Center. After months of planning, designing, and constructing, all in our school community were invited on June 8, 2018 to view the completed revitalization project. The grand opening was exciting, along with the unveiling of the media center’s new names, “The Lions’ Den” & “Reading Nook”.

Many in our school district played a key role in the renovation of this learning space for our students and staff, including Mt. View’s Principal, Mrs. Aimee Toth; our schools’ Technology Coordinator, Mrs. Mary Joy Falcone, and Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, Mr. Jonathan Gesell; along with the great support of our Board of Education and Home School Association. Words alone cannot capture all of the individuals who helped, and how appreciative we are of everyone involved in this undertaking...
